of a possible bankruptcy filing is often the most critical decision
made in the case.
The attorney must receive objective, reliable information
on the financial health of the company in order to formulate
his advice.
Often management is too close or lacks the objectivity to
provide this information.
Management Services Consultants LLC (MSC) provides an in depth
analysis on the current financial position, along with the
future viability of the debtor. This analysis will usually
take one to three weeks of intense work.
The viability analysis is presented and reviewed with the
debtor’s attorneys to allow the attorney to guide the
client along the appropriate path, with the proper financial
wherewithal to execute the plan. In many cases, MSC can assist
the attorney and the client in implementing these plans.
